To walk or to run, That is the question.
Most French Bulldog owners find themselves asking do I walk with my frenchie or do I run with my frenchie. Well I have to say this. French Bulldogs can run but not for a long period of time. If you are a jogger and you live in Las Vegas I would say HELL NO! Don't run with your dog! Don't even walk your dog. If you want your frenchie to get some exercise then let it play IN THE HOUSE! But if you live in let say Oregon then sure take your frenchie out for a walk and maybe through in a short jog here and there but be sure not to over do it as Frenchies can over heat VERY fast and you won't even know it. You see Frenchies are the type of dog that will play until they literally can't play anymore. They will run and jump till they barf! They love to play and even more so they love to make YOU happy! If you are happy they are happy! So I guess the bottom line is to take it case by case and NEVER RUN with your frenchie. A jog is ok every now and then depending where you live but going for a run is just not fare to your frenchie. They will keep in stride with you but they will also suffer for it in the end.

French Bulldogs are GREAT
Having my frenchies is so much fun! They are always wanting to play and joke around. They seem to know when you just want to cuddle and when you want to play before you do. They get along with just about any other breed of dog and just about any other animal for that matter. Frenchies are for sure LAP dogs. They will sit and watch TV with you for ever but the second you are ready to get up and play they are already waiting at the door for you. My frenchies LOVE to go to the dog park with me. So far they have had NO ISSUES what so ever when we go. In fact when ever any other dog gets a little aggressive my frenchies run the other way. They are not the "fighting type" Frenchies are lovers not fighters. If you are looking for the best companion dog EVER then look no further! Up coming litters!
CoCo and Revely are getting bigger and bigger as the days go by! We are so excited and can't wait to see what beautiful puppies we get. CoCo's breeding is a repeat breeding and we are expecting to get standard tiger brindles and revers brindles from this breeding and we are expecting red fawns and red pieds. We have never bred Revely to Dragon but Dragon almost always has pieds in what ever female he is bred to. Please take a few minutes and check out our web site found at www.castletowerfrenchies.com where you can see ALL of the dogs that have been talked about in this blog. Thank you for taking time out to read this blog and we hope to see you on the flip side.
